Travel Village and Tours is an existing Single Proprietorship business entity duly licensed by the Local Government unit and accredited by the Department of Tourism as Local Tour / Land Transport Operator for the Domestic and Foreign tourists respectively. It is registered with the Department of Trade and member of the Philippines Convention and Visitors Corporation, a marketing arm of the Department of Tourism.

Travel Village is presently operating inside Bohol Tropics Resort Complex located at Granham Avenue, Tagbilaran City, Province of Bohol with Tel number (6338) 411-4023, (6338)501-8078 Fax number (6338)411-5928 . It is owned and manager by Mr. Walter Sultan and Ma. Lourdes T. Sultan, a husband and wife Management Team, the former as General Manager / Sales and Marketing, the latter, as Operations Manager. We have four(4) office staff and a retained Certified Public Accountant for accounting and bookkeeping and other governmental reportorial requirements. The tour operations is ably supported by trained and licensed local Tour Guides who are hired on per engagement basis. The land transport operation is fully backed-up by our affiliate Village Tourist Transport., a tourist transport operator. It has a fleet of (2) two tourist buses and three (3) air-conditioned vans (Hi-ace Commuter & Nissan Urvan) and (1) Toyota Coaster.

The enterprise historically has its simple and modest beginnings. It was established in the middle of 1996 under its present name, Travel Village and Tours. Its informal stage was as early as April 1992 operating under a Manila based Tour operator Mantours franchise agreement. Recognizing the potentials and need to develop the Tourism Industry of Bohol, the couple decided to start something of their own after a long work experience in the industry with Cebu-Bohol based group of resorts. For thirteen years, Mr. Walter P. Sultan was connected with the Tambuli / Cebu Plaza / Bohol Beach Club group of resorts in various key important positions starting as a comptroller of Argao Beach Club, resident manager of Bohol Beach Club and to the last position as a Group Sales and Marketing Manager based in Cebu . Presently, Mr. Sultan is also providing consultancy services to any tourism-related projects in the province. On the other hand, Mrs. Sultan’s last position was then a Front Office Supervisor in Bohol Beach Club, a pioneering resort entity in Panglao Island, Bohol. The couples vast experience in the tourism service business had also motivated them to professionalize the Tour operation in the province.
